It was therefore natural for us to create Do Good Law as a distinct, mission-driven program providing nonprofits with discounted hourly rates and transparent project pricing.

Below are project fees for our most common nonprofit services. Clients, however, can always elect to pay by the hour if they prefer.

Conflict Resolution & Mediation

Nonprofits are not immune from internal conflict and disputes. In fact, because they have unique governance structures and rules, misunderstandings that lead to dysfunction are fairly common.

But don’t worry — we help nonprofits find and restore the balance they need to fulfill their missions.

Fractional General Counsel Services

For a select number of clients, we serve as general counsel on a monthly retainer basis.

Our program is flexible and there is no cap on hours.

Monthly retainers range from $2,000 to $10,000, depending on client’s needs. Please request a consultation if you wold like a quote.
